烹饪面点的造型与装饰探析

摘    要:随着人们生活水平的提升和社会经济的发展,人们对面点的审美及造型要求也越来越高,而在传统面点的基础上加以装饰,推动面点艺术造型不断更新,满足人们审美需求的同时,也传承发扬了民族文化。如今面点艺术已经将食用和审美作用相统一,能够满足人们物质和精神的双重享受,本文将对面点的造型与装饰进行探讨,以供相关从业人员参考。

Abstract:With the improvement of people’s quality of life and social economy,people’s aesthetic and modeling requirements for noodles are getting higher and higher,and decoration on the basis of traditional noodles,promotes the continuous update of artistic modeling of noodles,and meets people’s aesthetic needs at the same time,also inherited and carried forward the national culture.Nowadays,the art of pastry has unified the edible and aesthetic functions,which can satisfy people’s material and spiritual enjoyment.This article will discuss the shape and decoration of pastry for the reference of relevant practitioners.
