The Influence of Food Safety Inspection Technology on Food Quality Safety

With the further development of the science and technology,many new detection technology has been applied to the food safety work,in the process of carry out the work of detection of food,need to adopt different food without detection technology,different foods require different detection technologies to fully detect problems and safety hazards in the food,and can be related to the manufacturer’s liability shall be pursued in a timely manner,let the problem food ban into the market.Based on this,this paper makes an in-depth exploration and analysis of the impact of food safety testing technology on food quality and safety,and puts forward some corresponding strategies,hoping to play a reference role to a certain extent.
