湖南饮食文化与旅游业融合发展研究

摘    要:我国旅游业快速发展,餐饮文化作为旅游资源的重要组成部分,也得到了大力推广与开发。湘菜文化立足于湖南独特的自然人文旅游背景,具有浓郁的地方特色和鲜明的民俗风情。应充分发挥当地旅游资源优势,开发文化背景下的餐饮旅游线路,传承优秀的传统餐饮文化,打造具有影响力的湖南餐饮品牌。

Abstract:With the rapid development of China’s tourism industry,catering culture,as an important part of tourism resources,has also been vigorously promoted and developed.Hunan cuisine culture is based on Hunan’s unique natural and humanistic tourism background,it has strong local characteristics and distinctive folk customs.So we should give full play to the advantages of local tourism resources,integrate characteristic tourism resources,develop catering tourism routes with cultural backgrounds,inherit excellent traditional catering culture,and create an influential Hunan catering brand.
