| Abstract: | Group dinner in rural areas is the biggest hidden danger of inducing group food safety accidents and the weak link of food safety supervision.The existing food safety problems are worthy of attention.In rural group dinner,assistant chef is the key to the safety of rural group dinner.This paper takes the rural group catering assistant chef as the research object,analyzes the problems existing in the actual operation of the assistant chef,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures according to the causes of the problems,in order to change the current situation of rural group catering food safety and make up for the short board of supervision,so as to create a healthy and safe group catering environment for rural areas. |
