完善我国技术创新法律体系：国际经验及其引申

技术创新法律体系的建立和完善是技术创新活动顺利开展的必要条件。是加快技术创新的迫切需求。我国近二十年来在科技立法方面取得了长足的进步,但也存在体系缺乏、内容滞后、某些领域立法空白等不足。因此,制定技术创新基本法和完善、修改、制定技术创新相关配套法律法规,对促进我国科技法制建设大有裨益。

Improvement of Chinese Legal System for Technical Innovation:International Experience and Its Extention

To establish and improve legal system is the necessary condition for technical innovation,and the reqiure- ment to speed up the technical innovation.During the past 20 years,China has made significant progress but many problems remains,such as lack of system,content lag,some areas of legislative gaps,etc..Therefore,it has great benefit for the constructing of technical legislation in China to establish and improve China's basic legal system for technical innovation in details.
