技术溢出与国际贸易摩擦的形成

国际贸易是技术溢出的一条重要途径,在南北贸易模型中,南方国家由于知识产权保护不足,会模仿和盗版北方国家的技术产品并返销到北方,这时北方国家如果制订较高的关税,挑起贸易摩擦则能够抑制南方的盗版,并维护了本国企业的利益以及阻止技术溢出的发生和扩大,从而贸易摩擦在这里扮演了抑制技术溢出的作用。本文构建了一个南北贸易模型证明该思想和结论。

Technology Spillover and the Formation of International Trade Friction

International trade is an important technology spillover path.In north-south trade model,the south country will imitate and copy north's technology because of south's weak intellectual property rights protection level.Meanwhile,if north set high tariff and enkindle trade friction,they can restrain south's pirate and maintain its firms' profit and prevent technology spillover.Therefore,trade friction can control technology spillover.The paper forms a north-south trade model and proved the thinking.
