| 摘 要： | 现代服务业逐渐成为世界经济增长的重要引擎,现代服务业集聚发展是经济服务化的产物,现代服务业集聚区的形成是推动现代服务业发展、增强地方产业竞争优势的突破口,而完善的动力机制是现代服务业集聚区得以持续、健康发展的保证。文章基于自组织理论,重点分析了现代服务业集聚区演化发展及动力机制,并结合上海现代服务业发展实际和机遇,提出建议。

| Abstract: | Modern service industry is an important engine of the world economic growth,and the agglomeration development of modern service industry is the product of servicesation of economy.The formation of modern service industry agglomeration promotes the modern service industry development and strengthens the regional industry competitive advantage.The driving mechanism is the guarantee for modern service industry agglomeration district to develop continually and healthily.The article,based on the self-organization theory,analyzes the evolution and driving mechanism of modern service industry agglomeration,and puts forward the proposal based on the recent practice in Shanghai. |
