| 摘 要： | 基于城市对雨洪管理的需求,综述了低影响发展的发展历程、设计理念、技术手段等与其相关的各个方面,并对典型案例进行了描述,旨在让低影响发展这种可持续的雨洪管理途径能够被更广泛地理解、接受和应用,以实现城市化过程中生态效益、经济效益、社会效益三者的共同发展。

| Abstract: | Based on the urgent requirement for storm water management,the history,design philosophies and techniques of LID are summarized,and then a famous LID site design is cited as case study with purpose of more widely understanding,accepting and applying LID concepts which help realize ecological,economic and social benefits in urbanization process. |
