目前,学术界关于公用事业领域对外直接投资对东道国国家经济安全影响的研究是比较少的.公用事业与其他产业有着重要的区别,其行业自身的特点和特殊的经济属性决定了,公用事业是关系国计民生的产业,对一国的经济发展的作用是至关重要的.本文描述了公用事业对外直接投资的发展和趋势,指出了公用事业对外直接投资对东道国经济发展的潜在威胁,进而提出了保障国家经济安全的相关政策建议.

FDI in Public Utility and National Economic Safety in Host Country

At present, there are few documents in the field of impact of FDI in public utility to national economic safety. Pubic utility is different from the other sectors and its own characters and special economic attribute have determined that public utility is correlated with the national economy and the people's livelihood, so it is essential to the function of economy. First, I said something about the development and trend of FDI in public utility. And then, I argued the potential threat of FDI in public utility to the economic safety of host country. I summarized several proposals about safeguarding national economic safety.
