| 摘 要： | 央行自2004年10月29日加息以来，频频启动紧缩政策，2006年8月19日再一次上调金融机构人民币存贷款基准利率。这一重大金融政策会影响到与百姓经济生活密切相关的房地产、储蓄、消费及股票市场，对此百姓应采取相应对策以规避风险，提高收益。

| Abstract: | Since China Central Bank increased interest rate of commercial bank on Oct 29, 2004, it has adopted more frequent policy of austerity. China Central Bank increased interests rate again on Aug 19, 2006. This important financial policy has brought great effects on real rotate, savings, consumption and stock market. People should adopt relevant steps to avoid risks and to get better proceeds. |
