| 摘 要： | 现代产业组织理论研究表明，适当的产业集中度是有利经济发展的。当前中国较低的产业集中度造成市场行为不合理扣市场绩效低下，应通过资源尤其是产权的重新组合促进产业组织有效竞争。因此，研究、完善产权交易市场对产业组织的优化合理意义重大。

| Abstract: | Modern industry organization theory shows that the apt industrial concentration is good for the development of the economy. Nowadays, the lower industrial concentration makes the irrational market behavior and the low market performance. We should reset various resources especially the property right to promote the efficient competition of industrial organization. So it is signal of researching and perfecting the property dealing market to optimize the property organization. |
