| 摘 要： | 近年来高技能人才短缺问题成为经济发展的瓶颈及学者研究的热点。本文对国内外高技能人才短缺及其成因、相关政策措施、培养模式、预测评价等方面的研究进行了综述,界定了高技能人才生态系统,提出用生态学的理论与方法对高技能人才生态系统内部构成、系统外部环境、系统特性及系统功能进行研究,对高技能人才生态系统未来研究的方向进行展望。
