基于要素禀赋和自主创新战略的上海服务外包产业选择

服务外包是中国政府当前大力发展的产业,每个城市都应该选择发展适合自己的服务外包产业。要素禀赋驱动的产业选择、自主创新战略导向的产业选择、要素禀赋驱动和自主创新战略导向兼顾的产业选择是国际上进行服务外包产业选择运用得较为广泛的三种模式。文章在总结这三种产业选择模式基础上,着重阐述了基于＂要素禀赋驱动和自主创新战略导向＂的产业选择混合模式,并使用＂基于要素禀赋和自主创新战略＂的产业选择混合模式对上海服务外包产业进行选择。文章首先建立服务外包产业＂自主创新战略—要素禀赋＂评价指标体系,然后通过专家问卷调查方法,通过实证研究分析＂基于要素禀赋和自主创新战略＂的上海服务外包产业选择。确定了软件开发外包、研发设计外包、物流外包和金融外包四大产业作为上海重点发展的服务外包产业。同时,为验证该混合模式的适用性和有效性,文章还使用该模式对宁波市和长沙市的服务外包产业进行了选择,得到了满意结果。
