民营企业资源配置有效性分析

本文主要从民营企业资源的特性、不同资源在资源配置过程中的作用、资源配置原则、资源配置评估体系等方面对民营企业资源的有效配置进行了分析和探讨,认为政府应该从制度建设入手,为民营企业营造一个与市场经济高度协调的制度环境,并提供能激励民营企业创新与发展的产业政策、财政政策和金融政策等政策保证;鉴于民营企业生产和经营面临较大的风险,应该进一步完善风险防范机制,让民营企业能参与此机制的运行。

Private enterprise resources allocation distribution efficiency analysis

This paper aims at making a study of an effective arrangement of the sources of the civilian enterprises through analyzing the features of the sources, their respective roles in the arrangement, its principles and evaluation systems. By this research, it comes to a conclusion that the government should foster an institution atmosphere highly harmonious with the market economy for the civilian enterprises and formulate such policies as industry, finance and banking being able to encourage them to innovate and develop. Seeing that they have to encounter many risks in their production and operation, the government ought to improve the mechanism against risks under which the civilian enterprises can function in good order.
