摘    要:食品质量与安全一直是全世界关注的焦点,培养高素质的食品质量与安全专业人才是我国高等教育的新任务.在明确食品质量与安全专业现状、特点和培养目标的基础上,本文详细论述了该专业在知识结构和课程体系建设与创新思想,重点探讨加强实践教学和素质教育在该专业教学中的重要性.

Abstract:Food quality and safety has become a global focus all the times.The new task of our higher education is that cultures specialites of food quality and safety.Educational structure and innovation on knowledge and course structure system of the specialty are particular disserted in this paper.It is very important to enhance practice teaching and diathesis education in the specialty.
