| 摘 要： | 食品质量与安全一直是全世界关注的焦点,培养高素质的食品质量与安全专业人才是我国高等教育的新任务.在明确食品质量与安全专业现状、特点和培养目标的基础上,本文详细论述了该专业在知识结构和课程体系建设与创新思想,重点探讨加强实践教学和素质教育在该专业教学中的重要性.
