| Abstract: | This paper discussed the relationship between recycling economy and harmonious society, expounded the significance of developing recycling economy in Chinese petroleum and chemical industries, analyzed the current situation and prospect of development of recycling economy, and raised corresponding measures on the basis of consulting overseas experience in construction of recycling economy. |
