| 摘 要： | 在全球化的趋势下,制度作为构成交易成本的重要方面对世界经济的增长起着越来越重要的作用。制度是体现一国或一个政区的竞争力的决定性方面。保护主义的制度设置是政治性再分配的产物,它损害了国内消费者的利益,抬高了交易成本。制度系统间的隔阂是国际接轨过程中所付出的交易成本。制度创新是节约国际交易成本的主要途径。

| Abstract: | Based on the new requirements of fast-developing small satellite and constellation for TT&C communication system,this paper introduces the functions,features and operation principles of integrated baseband equipment and continuous wave(CW) multi-beam phased array antenna,and also gives a suggestion for constructing a new type of multifunctional intelligent TT&C communication station. |
