Research On Unborn Generians' Environmental Right |

| Abstract: | Environmental right is a rising theory of environmental law and a new right in law. The article regards the sustainable development as the jumping-off point of the thought. It defines the unborn environmental right at first Which has important theoretic significance and far-reaching practical value to the admition of unborn environmental right in law. Then the significance discusses the property and the character ristics of to the admition of unborn environmental right. In the end, the article analyses three elements of the unborn environmental right by using the theory of law. |
