| 摘 要： | 文章回顾了20世纪30年代至今的中国农村医疗合作制度的各阶段特点,分析了各阶段的政策取向,试图揭示出公共政策取向与合作医疗兴衰和模式的关系,并提出合理定位政府在合作医疗制度中的角色等建议。

| Abstract: | Tropism of public policy and medical cooperation developed simultaneously and affected each other.They are the result of special historical stage and essential factors that impact the existence of medical coˉoperation.This paper reviews the public tropism for the construction of medical cooperation in rural China since1930s according to the development history;learns the Dingxian Mode of medical cooperation in the Republic of China(RC)stage;analyzes the tropisms of RC and border area government.Four stages for the construction of medical cooperation,corresponding tropisms and their effects are deeply analyzed since the establishment of Peoˉples Republic of China.The relationships between the public policy tropism and the mode choice and the existence of medical cooperation are revealed in this paper.Suggestions on how to decide the rational orientation of govˉernment on the construction of medical cooperation are advanced. |
