民营企业产业集群生命周期研究

本文认为,产业集群在地区经济的发展中发挥着越来越重要的作用,特别是民营企业产业集群在我国地区经济中占有很大比例。根据对民营企业产业集群的研究,文章将民营企业产业集群生命周期划分为萌芽、成长、成熟、衰退及蜕变等五个阶段。文章提出,为了提升民营企业产业集群竞争力,应针对其不同发展阶段的不同特征和问题,采取不同的战略:萌芽阶段的竞争力提升战略核心是无为而治,成长阶段的战略核心是配套战略,成熟阶段的战略核心是全球战略,衰退阶段的战略核心是蜕变战略。

On the Life Cycle of Non-Public Enterprises Industrial Clusters

The author points out that the industrial clusters,especially the non-public enterprises industrial clusters,play a more important role in the devel opment of local economy.Based on the research of non-public enterprises industrial clusters,the author divides the life cycle of the non-public enterprises in dustrial clusters into such five stages as introduction,growth,maturity,decline,and withdraw.We should adopt different strategies at different stages:at the stage of introduction,the strategic corn for the upgrading of competitiveness is to govern by non-interference;at the stage of growth,the strategic corn is the conveyance strategy;at the stage of maturity,the strategic corn is the strategy of globalization;and at the stage of decline,the strategic corn is the strategy of withdraw.
