| 摘 要： | 东日本大地震及海啸,不仅出现了严重的核泄漏事故,同时也在日本出现了核恐慌和电力供应不足的现象。新成立的野田内阁,对其前任内阁的能源对策既有所继承也有新的思路和变化,这也必将对日本未来的能源利用状况产生深远的影响。

| Abstract: | The East Japan great earthquake and the tsunami not only caused a serious nuclear accident,but also have brought nuclear panics and electricity supply shortages to Japan.The newly established Noda cabinet has partially inherited the past energy policies.However,the new ideas and the changes may have profound influences upon the Japanese energy utilization. |
