浅析我国境外国有资产流失的原因和对策

境外国有资产产权管理不到位、境外国有企业财务管理不严、制度不能得到严格执行等问题的存在导致我国境外国有资产流失严重。为此,应该在清理国资委职责、实行股权多元化等方面下功夫,以尽量防止国有资产的流失。

Problem existed in property rights management and finacial control of our country's state- owned overseas assets , management system was not implemented strictly, etc, all these caused heavy losses of our country's state- owned overseas assets.To try to prevent state- owned overseas assets from missing, the following efforts should be made: putting duty's of State- owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission in order, multiplying stock holders , etc.
