论企业组织成员的"道德世界观"

市场经济背景下经济伦理的矛盾冲突集中体现于企业组织这一中观层次上,而企业组织在其现实运作中潜存着难以摆脱的伦理—道德的二律背反:不但可能因组织成员的个体个人主义而使企业难以现实地凝为经济共同体乃至伦理共同体,而且还可能因组织本身的实体个人主义而使企业组织伦理实体蜕变为不道德的经济活动主体。企业经济活动这两大悖论的超越,必须诉诸于企业组织成员的"道德世界观"及其否定形态——企业组织实体的"伦理世界观",从而明晰企业经济活动的道德责任主体层次,实现个体、实体和主体之间的生态辩证转换以及市场经济与企业伦理之间的良性互动。

On Moral World Outlook of Enterprise Organization Members

The issues of enterprise organizations have come to be the focus of people's attention in the market economy,because there are two potential paradoxes in the practical activities: one is the individualism of individuals and the ethical organizations,and the other is the individualism of the ethical substance and the immoral individuals.To solve the problems,the moral world outlook of the organization members and the ethical outlook of the enterprise organization must be formed.
