| 摘 要： | 近两年国际钢铁贸易摩擦迭起的主要原因在于：世界钢铁市场处于持续饱和状况；主要钢铁生产国产业调整进展不一，相对竞争力发生变化；主要钢铁生产国生产率差异仍然较大。面临竞争日益激烈的国际钢铁市场，我国必须从产品结构、规模经济两个方面提高钢铁工业国际竞争力。

And for China's steel industry, it must be considered to effectively improve its product structure and scale economy. |
