| 摘 要： | 农地大量向城市流转，部分源于现行农地城市流转的决策具有其片面性。本文从土地可持续利用的角度，通过对农地城市流转中往往被人忽视的选择价值及外部性的分析，提出优化的农地城市流转决策。

| Abstract: | Conversion of large amount of rural land to urban land is due in part to one-sidedness of the current decision on rural-urban land conversion. From the angle of sustainable land utilization, this paper analyzes option value and externality which are often neglected in rural-urban land conversion, and puts forward the optimal decision on rural-urban land conversion. |
