摘    要:笔者以需求分析理论为依据,主要分析了当今的社会需求和外语学习者的个人需求,认为现在的大学英语教学未能充分满足社会需求和外语学习者的个人需求,因此,大学英语“3+1”课程设置模式下,在基础阶段和提高阶段的教学评价中将形成性评价和终结性评价相结合,构建多层次、多元化教学评价体系,以适应大学英语改革需要,满足现代社会的发展和对外语人才的需求。

Abstract:Based on the theory of needs analysis, this paper mainly discusses the social needs and the needs of foreign language learners. It is found that college English teaching can' t fully meet the needs of society and foreign language learners. The construction of a multiple evaluation system for college English teaching under the context of "3+1" mode is to combine the formative assessment with the summative assessment in the elementary and advanced periods to meet the requirements of college English reformation and social development, and needs for foreign talents.
