| 摘 要： | 科学发展观是国防和军队建设的根本指导方针。军事物流科学发展其实质是要兼顾以人为本、协调发展和持续发展等要素。论文从阐述军事物流科学发展的基本内涵入手，分析了现阶段我军军事物流发展中存在的问题，并给出若干建议.

| Abstract: | Scientific developmental theory is the guide policy of national defence and the troops construction.The hypostasis of the military logistics scientific development should have three aspects: making people be the center,coordination and continuance.Expounding the above-mentioned contents.The paper analyses our problems in developing military logistics scientific development and gives some advice. |
