Raising the Level of Drawing up Plans and Budgets for Geological Survey Projects

The plan and budget of geological survey projects were the earlier controls and forecast to project fund management. It is the basis for project fund expenditure and is the most important link of project economic management. The paper analyses some of the problems existing in the project budget, such as inaccurate budgets, un-standardized forms, projects not implemented in accordance to the budget guidelines, and budgets modified without authorization. In light of these problems the author puts forward some proposals for raising the level of drawing up plans and budgets.
