对福建省“山海协作”的若干思考

自改革开放以来,福建省就非常重视山海协作,山海联动发展,出台很多促进协作的政策,取得了一定成效,但在山区与沿海区域经济协作实践中,还存在产业协作深度不够、领域不宽、不能充分利用双方优势等问题。要推进福建省山海协作,政府应当创造山海协作的必要条件、建立有效的山海协作机制,搭建山海协作平台,重点抓住山海之间产业承接与转移,尊重市场规律,引导企业投资、劳动力转移、科技合作等,实现山海联动、协调发展。
