民间借贷的成因、风险分析及对策建议

随着中小企业实体经济融资难问题的日益突出，民间借贷渐渐盛行。民间借贷的出现在一定程度上解决了目前正规金融体系存在的融资难问题，同时也存在许多潜在的危机。本文主要从民间借贷的成因、风险分析和防范风险的建议三个方面对民间借贷进行分析，并提出民间借贷应与正规金融逐步融合的发展趋势。

The Causes, Risk Analysis and Suggestions on Private Lending

With the problem of financing of SMEs in the real economy has become increasingly prominent, private lending gradually prevailed. The emergence of private lending to some extent solve the problem of financing under the formal financial system, however, there is also a lot of potential crisis. In this paper, we analyzed the causes, risk and risk prevention of private lending, and draw a conclution that private lending should be gradual integration with the formal financial system.
