| 摘 要： | 本文认为企业要面对21世纪全球性的经济竞争，必须增强竞争情报意识、建立内部情报组织机构，建设竞争情报系统、建立具有国际水准的企业商业秘密管理体系，培养企业信息管理资源人才，不断提升企业情报竞争力，增强企业活力，实现企业持久发展。
