| 摘 要： | 本文从教学与科研实践出发，讨论了如何结合教学和科研工作开展创新型人才培养；结合作者的管理教学与科研工作实践，分别就专业教师队伍创新能力的构建，研究项目引导的学生主动创新教育和教科研项目向学生实践项目转化等方面进行了详细的论述，为创新型人才培养模式的发展提供了有益的参考。

| Abstract: | This paper discussed how to combine the teaching and scientific research work in the cultivation of innovative talents from the research and teaching practice.With the combination of our teaching and researching practice,we discussed in detail on how to construct the innovative ability of the professional teachers.We also discussed the active innovative education motivated by different kinds of research projects,and how to transform the research project into students＇ practicing projects.The paper will provide beneficial reference for the development of innovative talents training mode. |
