| Abstract: | This article points out the current situation and problems of technology originality in China and holds that the relative measures of policy and law from the government are required to change such a situation and solve the problems,which includes subject relation,government management,fiscal support,technology transfer and judicial protection in respects of technology originality.In this way,the legal security system of technology originality means the policy and law environment beneficial to technology originality. |
