中小企业职业经理人激励机制的现状调查及其浅析

摘    要:合理有效的激励机制是委托代理理论的基本要求之一.文章在委托代理理论的指导下,通过对我国现代中小型企业的现有薪酬制度、奖惩标准的满意度、激励措施、绩效评价指标等的抽样调查与分析,最后得出培育现代企业的核心竞争力必须重视激励因素对代理人的激发作用、建立企业结构型激励机制及推行科学的平衡记分卡绩效评价体系的结论.
