| 摘 要： | 通过分析企业物流模式动态选择的必要性因素,在对两种物流模式优势和劣势比较的基础上,依据成本最小化原理,提出企业物流模式动态选择观点,并给出了基于成功关键程度与企业管理物流能力、物流服务与成本之间平衡的企业物流模式动态选择机制及其流程。

| Abstract: | On the basis of comparing self-logistics with outsourcing logistics, the paper puts forward a dynamic view on business logistics mode selection in accordance with the minimal costs theory and gives out dynamic selecting mechanism and the procedure of logistics mode based on successful key, ability of logistics management and the balance of logistics service and costs. |
