The Analysis on Financing Mode of Telecom Enterprise in China |

| Abstract: | The telecom industry is recognized as an industry which is technical focus and capital focus. Along with the decrease of technique gulf between carriers, capital operation is becoming more and more important for carriers. For telecom enterprises in China, capital operation could not only help them achieve precious funds for development, but also help them change thoroughly in corporate governance, operating management, etc. This paper sums up the appropriate financing mode combining the characteristics of telecom enterprises in China. Furthermore, a reference foundation of financing decision is provided for telecom enterprises in China. |
