Abstract:Design of deformation monitoring, principles of key monitoring instruments and deformation calculation methods for the power intake, Jishixia Hydropower Project, are described in the paper. In combination with the monitoring observations by instruments, the de- formation law of the power intake is analyzed and summarized, which provides reference to similar project for improvement of design and monitoring methods.
