| 摘 要： | 我国数据库产业不仅产品规模小、质量低、效益差,而且学科分布畸形。为此,我国应实施"优先、扶持、保护"的发展方针,建立产业管理体制,实行集中与分散相结合的发展模式,构建数据库的制度保护体系。
