摘    要:本文在对国内汽车行业发展前景进行分析与预测的基础上,揭示了我国汽车行业入世以后面临的机遇和挑战。通过进一步分析,文章论述了在汽车供应链中实施顾客满意战略以应对挑战的必要性。文章最后研究了实施顾客满意战略的几个重点内容。

Abstract:This article revealed the opportunity and challenge of our domestic automobile industry in the following future years after Chinas Entry to The World Trade Organization on the base of analysis of industrial environment and forecast of the market development. Then we discuss if it is necessary to implement the Customer Satisfaction Strategy in automobile Supply -Chain. At last the we researched into some key factors which will contribute to implementing the Customer Satisfaction Strategy.
