| 摘 要： | 随着经济的发展，我国农村医疗服务供给和需求之间的矛盾越来越大。从世界上部分国家农村医疗保障制度建设的经验来看，我国应从强化政府的重视和支持、建立专门医疗机构、建立多层次多形式的医疗保障制度、加强基础法制建设等方面着手，建立和完善农村医疗保障制度。

| Abstract: | With the economic development,the contradiction of China's rural medical services between supply and demand becomes increasingly worse.Learning from the experience of some foreign countries,China should gradually establish and then perfect rural medical safeguard system by ways of strengthening governmental attention and support,establishing specialized medical institutions and a multi-level,multi-form medical safeguard system,enhancing legal system,etc. |
