旅游体验真实性规律与景区经营管理问题

摘    要:国外在19世纪70年代提出了旅游体验真实性的概念,即是在商业发达、现代化加快的时期提出的,而我国正处于这样的时期。人们的旅游消费观念在变化,他们更期望获得真实的、深入的体验.对景区管理者来说,如何根据游客体验真实性规律,进行经营管理是至关重要的。综述了旅游体验真实性规律,并以此总结出不同类型景区的经营管理问题。

Abstract:The concept of authenticity of touring experience was put forward in 1970s when it was an era of commercialization and modernization. Our country is now stepping into this era. The concept of people's touring consuming is changing and they look forward to more authentic and deeper touring experience. To the managers of scenery spots, it is very important to operate and manage in accordance with tourists' authentic experiences. This paper mainly illustrates the theory of the authenticity of touring experience and concludes the management problems in different kinds of scenery spots.
