基于组织协同的企业集团战略业绩评价研究

摘    要:现代企业集团组织日益庞大,结构越来越复杂,从内到外、从上到下,组织协同的难度越来越大,越来越多的企业集团"集而不团",未能达到企业集团整体大于局部之和的协同效果,本文针对企业集团的组织协同问题,提出了一套相应的业绩评价思路,从集团总部、业务单元到作业层次,都体现了组织协同的思想。

Abstract:The organization and structure of modern enterprise group becomes more and more huge and complex ,from inner to outside ,from the top down, the synergy of organization is more and more difficult ,many enterprise groups have not achieved synergy effect which the whole is above the part, this paper puts forward a route of performance valuation embodying the idea of synergy of organization in three different levels(headquarter, strategic unit and business processes )of the firm group.
