| Abstract: | The enterprise moral principle is important resourses of the competitive superiority. It has the positive function between the enterprise ethics and the enterprise achievement. The core of the enterprise ethics is the question of rights and duties. The enterprise can not use the moral principles as an exchange means to seek reciprocation from society. |
