| Abstract: | There is a continous prosperity in U.S. economy in the 1990s.We believe that it is institution innovation, especially trade institution innovating from the late eighties that enhance this prosperity.New trade institution plays a role in two ways: First,it promotes the technical innovation;Second,it adjusts the structure of the benefit allocation and American gains more. |
