| 摘 要： | 面对当前资源与环境等诸多问题,循环经济成为可持续发展的必然选择。论述了循环经济的价值增值的本质所在,从超循环理论角度展现了循环经济的循环结构及其实现。分别从企业层面的小循环、区域层面的中循环以及社会层面的大循环等角度详细论述了超循环结构及其形成。并进一步得出了物流和信息流是促进循环经济形成超循环结构的重要基础。

| Abstract: | Circular economy becomes a vital solution facing the emergent situation of resource and environment. The basic principle and realities of the circular economy by using hypercycle thory are proposed in this paper. And the minor cycle of corporate, Meta cycle of eco-industrial Park and macro cycle of the society are investigated in detail. In the end, logistics and information flow which are the foundations of circular economy are also discussed. |
