| 摘 要： | 工业企业既是区域经济发展的重要力量 ,又是造成区域环境危机的主要因素 ,但工业企业与区域环境并非水火不相容。事实上 ,工业企业与区域生态是可以耦合的 ,它要求工业企业及所在区域双方以可持续发展为基础性理念 ,以生态观和市场观为支撑性理念 ,以生态工程为核心举措。本文主要对工业企业生态和区域生态耦合的概念、规律、机制和途径等进行了初步探索

| Abstract: | Manufacturing industries play an important role in the development of regional economy,yet they act as a negative factor in regional environment.This shows that manufacturing industries and regional environment are at conflicting sides.However,these two sides can be placed coincident,provided that the both parts operate in accordance with the sustainable development principle,work with the ecological sense and the market sense,and are supported by eco projects. |
