| 摘 要： | 三江平原是我国重要的商品粮基地之一，经过50年的开垦，需要进行产业结构调整，依靠科技发展绿色食品，发展外向型经济，增加税收和农民收入，惟如此，才能迎来三江平原新一轮的大发展。
