电动汽车项目可行程度评价方法研究

摘    要:本文密切结合我国电动汽车发展的现状及未来趋势,综合运用德尔菲法及层次分析法,全面考量了影响电动汽车项目可行的因素,构建了电动汽车项目可行程度评价指标体系。同时,不同于基于传统评价方法得出的"非此即彼"的极端结论,本文将评价结论定量化,使得项目投资者可根据定量数值进行投资决策或项目调整。此外,由于我国电动汽车的发展尚处于探索阶段,本文还试图通过建立电动汽车项目可行程度评价指标体系为我国电动汽车的进一步发展提供一定的参考。

Abstract:Linked with the development status and the future trend of electric vehicles in China closedly,this paper uses the methods of Delphi and analytic hierarehy process to study the factors influencing the extent of feasibility on electric vehicle project,and builds the evaluation index system of the extent of feasibility on electric vehicle project. Differing from the extreme conclusion of ' either-or' based on traditional evaluation methods,it draws the quantitative conclusion based on this evaluation index system, which helps investors make decisions or adjust projcets according to quantitative evaluation results. In addition, as the development of electric vehicles in China is still at the exploratory stage,it tries to provide references for the further development of electric vehicles in China.
