| 摘 要： | 国有独资公司作为我国现行公司法确认的一种有限责任公司组织形式,在运行过程中面临诸多理论困惑和实践难题。解决这些难题的正确选择就是面对现实,对其进行利弊分析,寻找不断完善的进路,使其真正成为找到国有企业改制最佳途径前的权宜之计。

| Abstract: | The government-owned sole corporation,as a company of limited liability confirmed by our current company act,is facing many theoretical puzzles and practical problems during its operation.The best way to solve these problems is to face the reality,to analyse its advantages and disadvantages,to seek the way to perfect its access in order to find the best way for the government-owned enterprises to change its system. |
