替吉奥联合奥沙利铂在晚期结肠癌化疗中的临床效果及不良反应

目的探讨晚期结肠癌患者应用替吉奥联合奥沙利铂化疗治疗的临床效果及不良反应发生情况。方法选取2018年1—12月沈阳市肛肠医院收治的70例晚期结肠癌患者作为研究对象,采用随机双盲法分为观察组与对照组,各35例。观察组采用替吉奥联合奥沙利铂行化疗治疗,对照组采用奥沙利铂行化疗治疗,比较两组患者化疗期间不良反应发生率、治疗有效率、生命质量及中位生存周期。结果观察组患者化疗期间不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,客观缓解率显著高于对照组,心理功能、躯体功能、社会功能、物质生活评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组中位生存周期及无进展生存期长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对晚期结肠癌患者采用替吉奥联合奥沙利铂行化疗治疗,可降低患者治疗过程中不良反应发生率和提高治疗效果,改善生命质量,延长预后生存周期。

Clinical Effects and Adverse Reactions of Tigeo Combined with Oxaliplatin in Chemotherapy of Advanced Colon Cancer

Objective To explore the clinical effects and adverse reactions of Tiggio combined with oxaliplatin chemotherapy in patients with advanced colon cancer. Methods From January 2018 to December 2018, a total of 70 patients with advanced colon cancer admitted to Shenyang Anorectal Hospital were selected as the research objects. The random double-blind method was used to divide the observation group and the control group, with 35 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with Tiggio combined with oxaliplatin for chemotherapy, and the control group was treated with oxaliplatin for chemotherapy. The incidence of adverse reactions, treatment effectiveness, quality of life and median survival period were compared between the 2 groups during chemotherapy. Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group during chemotherapy was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the objective remission rate was significantly higher than that of the control group. The scores of mental function, physical function, social function, and material life were significantly higher than those of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The median survival period and progression-free survival period of the observation group were longer than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Tiggio combined with oxaliplatin chemotherapy for patients with advanced colon cancer reduce the incidence of side effects and improve the treatment effect, improve the quality of life and prolong the prognostic life cycle.
